Back in December 2013, whilst finishing her degree in Telecommunication and Engineering at the University of Balearic Island (UIB), Cati began working on our 6 month Internship Program. Soon after she was offered an entry level position working as an engineer in our Network Operation Centre (NOC). Having consistently proven herself, Cati has since been promoted to Satellite Capacity Manager where her main responsibilities now include planning bandwidth capacity, space segmentation, capacity optimisation, forecasting and pricing.

Engineering
Data Engineer
- We are looking for a data engineer with at least three year experience in data warehousing, and data-driven architectures to join our awesome development team and champion a healthy data culture spread all over the company.
- The candidate will participate in the design, development, and testing of the company’s data warehouse solution, including data replication, distribution, high-availability, and data querying mechanisms – both for customer-facing services and internal tools. Being part of the development team, technology research and innovation will be a fundamental pillar in your activities.

Security Architect
- The Security Architect is responsible for the design and development of the security services that OmniAccess provides to its maritime customers. He is a major contributor for the development of the security services portfolio at OmniAccess and provides leadership for the delivery of the security services to our operations and infrastructure teams.
Operations
NOC Supervisor
- Leading the Tier 1 staff, the Tier 1 Supervisor ensures that the customer expectations are met and works to ensure a positive experience for the customer by overseeing all aspects of their experience interacting with the NOC. Acts as a front-line extension of the manager’s authority. Keeping possible escalations under control and coordination of Tier 1 resources are the most important duties of this role.
- You will report directly to the NOC Manager.
