OmniAccess opens its newly renovated floor in Palma de Mallorca

At OmniAccess, some spaces matter because of what they make possible, not just because of how they look. The opening of our newly renovated floor at our headquarters in Palma is one of those moments. More than a refreshed office environment, it reflects something deeper about who we are as a company: a space designed to bring people together, support collaboration, and strengthen the sense of belonging that shapes everyday life at OmniAccess.

To celebrate the occasion, last Thursday we opened our doors to colleagues, family, and friends for a very special evening. It was an opportunity to share this new chapter together in the best possible way: with laughter, great food, good conversation, and live music by the fantastic Cherry Cake band. The atmosphere was warm, relaxed, and full of energy. A celebration not only of a new space, but of the people who bring it to life every day.

A space with purpose

The renovation was guided by a clear idea: this part of our workplace should do more than simply accommodate people. It should help them feel comfortable, connected, and inspired.

This newly renovated floor has been designed to support the way we work and the way we come together. It creates room for collaboration, learning, meetings, and customer events, while also offering a welcoming environment to enjoy on a daily basis. Every improvement has been made with people in mind, reinforcing the value of having spaces that support both performance and wellbeing.

The decoration concept is built around two complementary identities: on one space, a tech-inspired design featuring LED lighting and contrasting blue and grey tones; on the other, a Mallorcan-inspired aesthetic that evokes the place where the company is based, while also representing the sea sailed by our customers’ vessels.

As part of the wider Marlink Group, our Palma office is also an international hub for teams across functions and geographies. This new floor reflects that role, creating an environment that supports both our local teams and the wider connections that take place across the Group.

Culture made visible

Our newly renovated floor is a reflection of Omninism in practice. More than a redesigned workspace, it expresses the values that shape everyday life at OmniAccess. Its aesthetic reflects creativity, while the open layout has been designed to encourage communication, transparency, and teamwork. In this way, the space becomes an extension of our culture: open, collaborative, and people-centred.

That same spirit was present during the opening event. By inviting family and friends to join us, we celebrated not only a new environment, but also the sense of connection and community that makes OmniAccess what it is.
